Genshin Impact is a colorful open-world hero game from the Chinese company miHoYo. The game has been released on the PC platform as well as on Android and iOS mobile devices. The event takes place in the world of Teivat, where everyone recognizes the “seven” religions. During the game, users can enjoy: a detailed story supported by manga and animation, engaging graphics, deep characters, more classic classes and a hack’n’slash combat system. Genshin Impact is an open-world adventure game set in the relatively classic fantasy world known from the manga of the same name. As far as game mechanics go, it’s inspired by a huge Nintendo Switch hit called The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Centuries ago, the mighty original gods gave humans the knowledge to create a great civilization. But mortals were quick to take the noble path, and the world plunged deeper and deeper into chaos and corruption. The most valuable of them were chosen to protect the rest of humanity along with the gods. Genshin Impact is a TPP (third-person) action-adventure game. This game lets you control multiple characters, where we explore a huge fantasy world full of magical creatures (like dragons) and treasures. Many different places await you, including wild forests, ruins of ancient technology, gothic fortresses, and even charming corners with cherry blossoms. The most amazing thing about this game is that it offers access to a huge, huge open world. Here you will find many places full of secrets, puzzles, different NPCs, enemies, bosses and much more. And here you will find adventures, various random events, geocaches, dialogues and much more. The local world is evolving and you can fully immerse yourself in its atmosphere.
This game has an advanced movement model – the characters leading us can climb, swim and even glide. In Genshin Impact we also find an arcade combat model in which the speed and position of our attack on the enemy is very important. For example, some enemies can hide behind a shield, which we don’t just burst into – we have to show wisdom and catch the enemy from behind. Our heroes can also cast spells and perform effective special attacks, often destroying entire groups of enemies.
In Genshin Impact, we can only play alone. The game is based on a comprehensive campaign feature. Genshin Impact has a beautiful three-dimensional graphic design. The shadow technology combined with the manganese art style and rich colors gives the impression that the game is reminiscent of Japanese comic books. The layout and design of the characters are similar to the prototype manga and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The main feature of the combat system is the ability to combine attacks, especially magic and skills. For example, in Genshin Impact you can use water against the enemy, then you can make an ice attack – the effect is guaranteed. Or you can combine fire, lightning and more in the same way. There are more than enough options, and there are several in cooperative mode.
